Your Role: We are currently looking for Welders to join us at our Omaha, Nebraska location. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.

Expectations:

  • Rework own products when a mistake is made
  • Proficient in assigned welding techniques such as GMAW, GMAW-Metal-Core, FCAW, PAC & AAC
  • Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
  • Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools
  • Read and complete quality control check sheets
  • Understand quality policy and how it applies to the job and adhere to all quality standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must have 6 months to one year of related experience
  • Must be able to read a tape measure, both standard and metric
  • Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure including metric, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.   Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Must be able to pass an internal welding test
  • Able to bend, reach, push, pull and put parts into positions for welding.
  • Able to lift 50-lbs. from a floor or bench level to a welding table or fixture.
