We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager that will ensure all quality systems are intact at their Fresno, CA location, formerly known as the Claude Laval Corporation. This integral role will lead the department and will interact with various customer's requests, resolutions, certifications, and warranty information.   • Develop and maintain the quality management system, lead management review meetings and audit the quality manual in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
  • Develop, formulate and direct the quality programs for the organization to include advanced inspection methods, devices and auditing practices
  • Develop and recommend auditing and sampling techniques, quality control policies, procedures and standards that will ensure production of finished products while improving new reliability of new product development processes
  • Develop/revise operating procedures/work instructions as needed and ensure adherence to procedures throughout plant
  • Oversee product manufacturing process to ensure quality
  • Support and lead the customer complaints management process. Institute processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints/action
  • Timely RMA processing and reporting
  • Mentor, coach and train direct reports in industry standard problem solving tools and techniques

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with minimum 5 years quality management experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Thorough knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Working knowledge of AWS standards, and ASME Pressure Vessel Code Sections preferred
  • Knowledgeable of implementing quality management systems and support practices
  • Ability to plan, determine, formulate, establish and manage complete quality assurance systems
