We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join us in our Sales Department as an Inside Sales Coordinator at our Crown Point plant location. This fast-paced role will work with internal and external customers in ensuring all orders are completed timely and accurately.  If you have the energy to deliver exceptional service, we'd love to have you join our tight-knit team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete accurate formal quotes to present to the customer
  • Manage orders from receipt of PO to shipment
  • Manage daily open order reports and ensure shipping dates are assigned and communicated
  • Manage customer requests and process them in a timely manner
  • Process, forward, and file shipment and order information

 Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Business or related field
  • 2 to 5 years experience in sales or customer support activity
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to use standard office equipment
  • Advanced Excel experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to successfully interface with internal and external customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task and work within stringent deadlines
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Ability to problem solve and develop ideas
  • Work with various levels of the organization to meet customer needs
