We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join us at our largest manufacturing location as a Manufacturing Engineer - Robotics/Welding in Lindsay, NE.. As a valued member of our team, you will be driving project management and engineering project scheduling effectiveness, production process continuous improvement, and LEAN manufacturing techniques.  If you are driven to identify and drive positive changes with a global organization, apply today!

Accountabilities include:

  • Proactive problem solver who can identify areas of improvement and act aggressively
  • Promotes and Guides others to lead Lean Manufacturing Projects
  • Communicates concisely and asks for help when needed
  • Lindsay Engineering Department- Project management effectiveness
  • Lindsay Engineering Department- Production process continuous improvement effectiveness
  • Lindsay Engineering Department- Identify and leads LEAN Manufacturing techniques
  • Lindsay Engineering Department- Effective Engineering project scheduling


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other applicable major
  • 4+ years engineering experience(or applicable work experience), preferably in manufacturing (to include metal forming, assembly or welding)
  • Strong organizational, process management and decision making skills, including demonstrated experience in OEE, PPK, CPK, and applying LEAN manufacturing
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing processes, cost reductions and continuous improvement projects
