We are currently looking for a talented individual in the Lindsay, Nebraska market to join our team as a Senior Product Service Technician.  This fast-paced role will be involved in the installation, service, preventative maintenance, repairs and selling.  Lindsay not only has top-notch product offerings and reputation, but is very customer-focused. Because of this, they have had tremendous growth and are looking for a strong professional to join their team!


  • Demonstrate a strong customer orientation by being willing to go the extra mile to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrate Lindsay values, particularly, attracting and retaining customers for life, treating people with respect, honesty, integrity and trust in relationships and communications
  • Develop support tools to assist dealers in problem solving
  • Develop and deliver robust training materials required to train dealers on proper installation and diagnostics of the Lindsay portfolio of products
  • Oversee compliance to NEC code for proper installation, safe service procedures and dealer practices
  • Develop training materials for the learning management system

Required Qualifications:

  • Engineering or equivalent technical degree or professional license with 5 years experience in the irrigation equipment, other agricultural industry, power equipment or equivalent combination of experience
  • Experience with electrical troubleshooting, apprentice electrician or more experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 LBS, climb a ladder and valid driver's license required
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Posses the skills necessary to create and deliver presentations to customer and/or dealers
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to develop clear documentation and support for historical reference on service cases
