We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join us at our global headquarters in Omaha, NE as a Director of Irrigation Marketing. The Director of Marketing will collaborate with business partners on marketing objectives into creative strategies and providing appropriate brand solutions. The Marketing Director will be someone passionate and experienced in both traditional and digital marketing Channels, SEO, social media, online advertising, email campaigns, event marketing, direct mail and PR to name a few, if you have a passion for marketing with a proven success of creating a digital market strategy this position is for you!

Accountabilities include:

  • Develop strong relationships with internal peers, key dealers and Regional Manager to enhances sales results
  • Be recognized as a competent and capable resource who promptly initiates action and achieves results
  • Global Irrigation ' marketing strategy effectiveness
  • Global Irrigation ' branding and promotion strategy definition and implementation effectiveness
  • Global Irrigation ' market, industry and competitive intelligence gathering process
  • Earn trust with superior strategic planning skills, business knowledge (credibility) and performance
  • Demonstrate a passion for the irrigation industry with a strong work ethic
  • Strive for excellence and continuously improving all we do

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing or an Ag related field
  • 10+ years of direct marketing experience with hands-on role in various marketing tasks including market segmentation, brand building and management, database management, creative development (web, brochures, photo/video, direct mail), trade shows, and social media
  • Experienced in both digital (e.g., social media, SEO, PPC, re-targeting, sponsored content, display ads, etc.) and traditional (e.g., print, mailings, product packaging, press kits, tradeshows, etc.) marketing channels
  • Proven record of success in agricultural or equipment marketing through a captive dealer organization
  • Demonstrated ability to grow market share through strategic analysis and planning
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
