Administrative Assistant

Position Description: Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to leaders within the Irrigation sector of Lindsay Corporation. The position will include administrative responsibilities such as travel, expense reporting, scheduling, meeting prep, and taking minutes.  In addition to the administrative duties, support for our dealers and the dealer database plus training user set-up and content support will encompass the regular workload. The Administrative Assistant must be able to self-direct, prioritize, be flexible, and clearly communicate regarding all workload.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist other Executives with travel as requested
  • Consolidate, administer, and distribute reports to the leadership team
  • Perform Executive Assistant duties for the President of Business Unit (phone coverage, travel, Visa applications, expense reporting, scheduling, correspondence, meeting planning, research, document meeting minutes & actions, etc...)
  • Assemble Business Review Meeting presentations & Board of Director reporting
  • Maintain NAI dealer database and contact cards plus Dealer Portal content and distribution of global dealer communications
  • Manage LMS users and publication of training content
  • Manage administration of Circles of Excellence database
  • Execute all responsibilities with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Overall tech savvy with an ease and ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Proven experience to analyze information effectively and present results through reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, organize, multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both in written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Global and/or public company experience
