Position Description: Corporate Communication Manager

We are looking for an experienced communications professional to be our Corporate Communications Manager based in our corporate headquarters in Omaha, NE.  The position will report directly to the CEO and work with leadership across the organization to support our internal and external communications.  This person will be responsible for developing and managing communication strategies that help to keep our employees informed and engaged in all aspects of the business.  The ideal candidate must be a persuasive writer with a strong ability to mold and shape the internal communication strategy.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and ensure company communications support an overall strategy
  • Ensure consistency in communications across global audience
  • Lead goverment affairs outreach and communications
  • Manage investor relations communications 
  • Develop innovative and impactful storytelling initiatives that help to build upon a positive company culture and overall company pride
  • Create, managing, and edit communications for senior leadership and ensure consistency of message through various channels

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Superior writing and editing skills
  • Proven experience working directly with senior leadership
  • Working knowledge of word, excel, power point, and social media
  • Experience developing effective communication messages across various channels to a global audience
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and manage multiple relationships while providing consistency and clarity in messaging.
