Your Role: We are currently looking for an Irrigation Customer Services Representative to join us at our Lindsay NE location. This position will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department or office in the Parts, Market Service, and Shipping Department.

Job Requirements

    • Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent phone and reception skills
    • Must possess a high attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Must be familiar with general office procedures including typing and keypunching
    • Experience and proficiency in use of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Experience with NAV is a plus
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours & overtime, with minimal supervision
    • Knowledgeable with irrigation products and parts
    • Experience in processing freight and familiarity with different freight companies is a plus                                                                                                     

Education

 

  • High school diploma or General Education degree (GED)

Skills & Abilities

  • 2+ years of data entry or administrative experience in a plant environment, preferred.
  • PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and Word) and NAV, preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong problem solving, math, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Great attitude, strong work ethic and flexible team player
  • Self- starter
  • Able to multitask
